Temple Movement with Celt Islam, Sat 4th Mar

Twisted Frequencies take their third Temple Movement event to Rialto Theatre with a guest performance from Manchester-based producer and peace activist Celt Islam. Using a fusion of middle eastern world grooves and heavy dub, he performs a transnational dubstep and drum & bass driven dance crossover intertwined with Islamic Sufi melodies and samples. Also playing will be twisted, high energy breaks duo Broken Eye as well as DJs Koji Maru and OmNebula. Immersive lighting effects and psychedelic projections will adorn the gothic, grade II listed building while the doors of your mind and soul open to electro-dub Sufism!
