Brighton Psych Fest Announced

Jan 26, 2024

Residents of Brighton can hardly complain that they don’t get access to live music or that there’s a scarcity of events to look forward to. Any complaints on that front would justifiably receive a rude response from a resident of pretty much anywhere else in the country. That said, one event in particular has often made SOURCE green with envy.

Over the years Liverpool Psych Fest (and more recently, Manchester Psych Fest) have pulled together some incredible line-ups of glorious scuzzy fuzzy psychedelic rock and roll.

Now we can have our space cake and we can most certainly eat it for JOY Promotions have teamed up with the organisers of the Manchester event to launch the Brighton Psych Fest. The line-up and the venues have not yet been formally announced, but both the Hope & Ruin and the Concorde have posted about the announcement. All we can say is that if it is anything like the quality of the line-up already announced for the 2024 Manchester event, we are in for a treat. Hopefully this is the start of something very special indeed.

Early bird tickets are now on sale for the bargain price of £22.50 (including fees) and they are quite rightly flying out the door.
