The NME Awards Tour is always the biggest line-up in town. We remember going when the Kaiser Chiefs opened and The Killers closed and in between The Futureheads and Bloc Party both knocked our socks off. This year the band selection is one of the best it’s been since then – Two Door Cinema Club, Metronomy, Tribes and Azealia Banks. We’re especially keen to see the latter, the mouthy winner of the Cool List who’s ‘212’ has been our most played YouTube video of the last few months.
Anyway, if you haven’t got a ticket you’re out of luck – it’s proper sold out. But, wait, Boxfresh have given us a pair of tickets so you can, just maybe, go to the ball.
