The E word is on everybody’s cider-stained lips at the Caz this month, and it’s nothing to do with The Shamen. Downstairs it’s midriff-baring business as usual in everyone’s favourite pooltastic goth haunt, but upstairs Edinburgh has never seemed so close for a stellar list of comedians road testing mirthful utterances before they hit Scotland. Ranting loon Phil Nichol (Mon 18th), love victim Nick Helm (Weds 20th), cock obsessive Richard Herring (Tues 26th) and casual psychologist Lucy Porter (Weds 27th) are this month’s four angling for your giggles.
