Ewen Spencer, Thurs 4th – Fri 26th April

Snogging in clubs, bedroom spliff sessions, rap-offs in warehouses and taxi cabs – you can feel the sweat and sleaze saturating Ewen Spencer’s images, although his more high-profile (but no less down-to-earth) collaborations have been with Jack White and Mike Skinner. In the same year that he produced the inlay shots for ‘Original Pirate Material’, Spencer was tipped for greatness by Martin Parr. This is a rare chance to see a homecoming by the photographer for The Face, Sleazenation and, latterly, Skins.
