Boy 8 Bit’s techy house is driven by marching rhythms and bass-laden synthesizer riffs. ‘Baltic Pine’ is still a firm favourite in our offices. His idiosyncratic electronica has seen him remix the likes of Florence And The Machine when he turned ‘Drumming Song’ into a techno stomper, as well as La Roux for whom he reworked ‘Quicksand’ into a cool, Caribbean drum calypso delight.
