The Growlers, Green Door Store, Fri 26th April

Posted by Anna Thomas

Hotly tipped, hugely hyped Californian band The Growlers bring their unique ‘beach goth’ sound to Brighton’s shores. Drawing on influences from psychedelia and garage and fusing them with a wide spectrum of modern vocal effects they create an enthralling surf pop landscape and a spectacular live show, more performance than gig. Touring their new album ‘Hung At Heart’, this show is going to be one hell of a psychedelic journey into the heart of the 1960s via 2013.
