Valentine’s Day is so much more than a poundshop card and a double pineapple and cheese at Grubbs. In this mini-season, under the banner of Heartfelt, contemporary Russian playwright Ivan Viripaev celebrates love in his English language debut Illusions (13th). The Dome and Brighton Museum throw a Valentine’s party (14th), before Stuart Bowden plays one-man, ukulele-looping show The Beast (15th). Site-specific theatre maker Geraldine Pilgrim then performs a new piece, Handbag, working with local performers under a mirrorball groove.
