Bad Bad Whiskey, Weds 6th Feb

Brighton’s finest exponents of skifflebilly – think Lonnie Donegan, Cab Calloway and Son House channelled through three rockabilly rebels – return with a new drummer to continue their domination of Brighton’s juke joints. Bad Bad Whiskey have been a hit with the hep cats around town for some time now and the whole band oozes class. Head to this free Hove show to witness Citizen Lane testifying on ‘John The Revelator’ or ripping it up on any of the classics from their wide repertoire. (SC)
