Britpop influenced Aussie band the DMA’s arrived for their sold out show at The Open Market having begun their week with a sold out show at London’s Electric Ballroom.

The crowd quickly grew in size and anticipation during the change-over after a solid set from Scottish support act Neon Waltz. Tommy O’Dell, Matt Mason and Johnny Took arrived on stage in the darkness to a roar from the crowd you’d expect from a venue twice the size.

The band kicked things off with the popular ‘Play It Out’ from their recently released album ‘Hills End’. The talented band meandered through their varied catalogue of tracks during the set, slowing things down with the dreamy track ‘Step Up The Morphine’ whilst peaking the crowd’s rowdiness with the Stone Roses-esque ‘Straight Dimension’. A fantastic set culminating with arguably the bands most well-known track ‘Delete’.
