The 4th annual Brighton Yoga Festival will be held this weekend at the Sussex Cricket ground in Hove. Two packed days of yoga-related activities and entertainment are planned and it’s all for free.

Organised by the Brighton Yoga Foundation, a charity that promotes yoga in the local area, the festival has grown each year and attracts around 5,000 visitors. International teachers, musicians, and speakers join representatives from the city’s own vibrant and varied yoga community to provide a range of introductory, intermediate and advanced sessions alongside music and dancing, a wide selection of yoga-related products for sale, and scrumptious food.

To pre-book a workshop or register for speedy entry, visit the event website. SOURCE has got its spandex ready and we will see you there.

To support the work of the foundation join the online crowdfunding campaign. The Brighton Yoga Foundation provide grants, mat loans and outreach work in the community year round including special activities for schools, teens, LGBT, and young people and the elderly.
