Come To My Window – A Lockdown Photo Series

As the world scrambles to contain the novel coronavirus, over two and a half billion people worldwide have been living in isolation for the safety of public health. Now, the psychological stress of quarantine is a way of life. But if there’s one thing we should grasp onto during these unprecedented times, it’s that at least we’re not alone in our isolation.

In early March 2020, New York photographer and director Aysia Marotta began the Come to my Window project, a documentary photo series embodying a variety of communities during their period of seclusion. In the last couple of months the project has grown internationally, with over 20+ contributors worldwide, and growing.

SOURCE photographer Gili Dailes got on board at the end of April, her favourites portraits from in and around Brighton are presented here in the gallery above.

If you wish to participate you can apply to be photographed in Brighton or to become a contributor.
