Parade Pop-Up Shop

If you’re more of a fashion rebel than a follower you might want to head to a new pop-up store launching tomorrow at No Walls Gallery. PARADE Pop-Up features ten quirky independent Brighton designers selling everything from handmade and vintage clothes to illustrations and ‘fun wear’ – think glitzy jumpsuits and wearable art.

You can shop an eclectic mix of wares including Midnight Deer’s crystal jewellery, sparkly clutch bags from House of Bricks and feather headdresses from Feathered Fantasy. The pop-up has a festival and party focus, which is perfectly timed for the Christmas season and for finding unique, one-off pieces for presents that’ll give you more brownie points than a Topshop voucher. For the keen-bean festival goer, PARADE might just be the ticket for getting ahead of the festival dressing game (although even we admit it might be a tad early!).

The collection of designers is a real coup for Brighton – the ten brands have all found fame on social media, with weighty Etsy and Instagram followings between them and an impressive list of global stockists.

If you’re interested, pop down to the launch night this Tuesday 17th from 5pm for drinks, music and 10% off everything. PARADE is also hosting a Festival Friday party with drinks, music and again, 10% off everything. Festival make-up artist legends In Your Dreams will be providing complementary glitter and face embellishments to get you party-ready for your night ahead.

Anna is a scouser living in Brighton. By day she heads up a PR team at one of Brighton's most well known digital agencies. By night and at weekends she's getting to know her new city (mainly by eating and drinking her way around it!). She loves writing, making stuff and walking her pooch. She once sang live on Songs of Praise, but more on that another time.
