You might expect stylists like Martha here to bang on about labels and trends and the ‘story’ of an outfit, but what she actually says about her clothes concentrates on how they work. Comfortable, warm, good shape – these are the important things. And that’s actually what being a stylist is all about – treating the body with the respect it deserves. Find cuts that flatter, styles that suit, clothes that fit. Don’t blindly follow trends.
We caught Martha just as she was heading out for an Ellen Von Unworth shoot with Harry Potter’s Emma Watson for V magazine in the States. If anyone has any styling needs we can pass on her details, even if the project isn’t so grand.
