Euros Childs, Mon 3rd Sept

When Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci split back in 2006, the prospect of frontman/all-rounder Euros Childs retreating to a life outside of music, or disappearing completely, was too depressing to contemplate. But we needn’t have worried. Since then, he’s appeared on a frankly alarming number of records and visited Brighton under various guises. Now back promoting ‘Summer Special’, staggeringly his tenth solo work, he’s playing to his charming glam-folk strengths once more, and is here backed – and supported – by Glasgow’s The Wellgreen.
