The Bootleg Festival, Tues 14th-Fri 17th Oct

The very first Bootleg Festival comes the Prince Albert this October. Running over the course of four nights, each night will be curated by a different independent record label including Fire Records, At The Helm Records and Bucketful Of Brains. Featured acts appearing include Clowwns, Sterling Roswell (ex Spacemen 3), Flash Bang Band, The Dreaming Spires, Crayola Lectern and The Snakes. Each night will be professionally recorded with each ticket holder receiving a free download track from each artist with the option to buy the full live set at a later date.

Full line-up details are:

Tues 14th Oct: Curated by The Prince Albert: Clowwns, Red Raucous, Thieves By The Code.

Weds 15th Oct: Curated by Fire Records: Sterling Roswell (ex Spacemen 3), Crayola Lectern plus a special guest.

Thurs 16th Oct: Curated by At The Helm Records: Flash Bang Band, The Dreaming Spires, Jack Harris.

Fri 17th Oct: Curated by Bucketful Of Brains: The Snakes, Trent Miller And The Skeleton Jive, Sugar Magnolia.

Ian Chambers is the founder of Wildwood Promotions. He's been promoting regular shows in Brighton for the past three years working with artists such as Charlie Parr, The Electric Soft Parade, Alasdair Roberts and Meg Baird of Espers. He's been a music journalist since 2005 writing for a number of music websites and having written articles for the Irish Post newspaper. He also has experience in band management.
