Pear Shaped Apparel

Everyone likes the idea of owning something exclusive. It makes us feel unique and special in some way, yet is usually assumed to come with a hefty price tag. Pear Shaped Apparel however, specialise in producing limited edition pieces (only 250 garments of each design are printed) from tees to ties and everything between, at reasonable prices. They’re pretty accessible too, with all of their lines available on the official website, and for those of you less tech savvy, you can find PSA products in Brighton’s Rarekind Records.

PSA’s designs are simplistic and symbolic, particularly the ‘Guns Down’ and ‘Menace’ tees, making a statement whilst looking pretty sharp too. A design collaboration with Brighton favourite Gresham Blake got national coverage when newsreader Krishnan Guru Murthy wore the aerosol design, ‘Graff’, tie on the Chancellor’s debate show. Blah Blah Blah DJs are also firm favourites, having been seen wearing the ‘Royality’ design t-shirt whilst at the decks.

Their most recent line, ‘Broadcast Edition’, exclusively hit their website on New Year’s Day. With a hand-written, signature PSA script design, these are well worth checking out.

PSA clearly mean business and are definitely a label to look out for.
