Rag’n’Bone Man, Sat 27th July

The story of local lad Rory Graham a.k.a. Rag’n’Bone Man really is a rags to riches story. From humble beginnings in Uckfield, he is now world famous for his deep baritone voice and universally appealing songwriting. Honing his craft on the Brighton rap scene, he eventually released ‘Human’ in 2017, the fastest-selling male debut album of the decade and played Glastonbury the same year.

Although he’s reached dizzying heights of fame, Rags stays in touch with his MCing roots through local hip hop group Rum Committee and Brighton-based young people’s music charity AudioActive. This month, he’ll delight a home crowd with a special performance at Brighton Racecourse.

With support from Norman Jay, Etta Bond, Maverick Sabre and Ida Vallens, this will be a huge hometown performance for Rags at an iconic Brighton venue. The Racecourse is expecting record crowds, so grab a ticket now if you haven’t already. With VIP packages available for those that want to beat the crowds and add an element of luxury, this early evening experience will certainly be one of the hottest gigs of the summer.
