For as long as SOURCE can remember, North Laine institution The Dorset has been the de facto local to our sometimes louche, always lively musical family. It’s half Parisienne café, half English pub – they call it a Street Bar, which sums it up well, we think – and this month marks their 20th birthday. As you’d imagine, they have a blow-out party planned with tons of DJs from over the years, including Dave Mumbles, Hush Club and Night Boat To Wigan. It all goes down on Thurs 11th April – even if just their regulars turn up it’s going to be one heck of a do.
