The Great Escape 10th Anniversary Line-Up

The Great Escape festival celebrates its 10th birthday this year, with hundreds of bands descending on the city from 14th-16th May. The first 150 confirmations playing Europe’s biggest new music festival are below, with many more to follow.

Alabama Shakes are the first of the big three Brighton Dome headliners to be announced, with standalone (£19.50) or festival top-up tickets on sale for their show on Friday 15th. Led by singer-guitarist Brittany Howard, the soul and blues rock quartet return to The Great Escape having packed out the Komedia back at the 2012 festival.

Other established names on the bill include Django Django, The Thurston Moore Band and Dutch Uncles, with Brighton already well-represented by Demob Happy, AK/DK, The Magic Gang, Rag N Bone Man and more.

Tickets for the weekend are available now priced £49.50 (early-bird) and here’s that line-up so far:
