A year since we first saw them pretending to be Marilyn Manson at Sea Monsters festival, “surf-doom” garage trio The Wytches have signed to Jeff Barrett’s legendary Heavenly Recordings. Once home to Saint Etienne, Manic Street Preachers and Beth Orton, Heavenly’s revitalized roster now includes Temples, Toy and Charlie Boyer And The Voyeurs. Recently in the studio with former Coral guitarist Bill Ryder-Jones, The Wytches celebrate the deal by releasing a free download EP, also available on their headline tour this month (dates here).
