With both The Mars Volta and the briefly reformed At The Drive In both out of action again, Omar Rodríguez-López has focussed his restless imagination on Bosnian Rainbows. Evolving from his long established Omar Rodríguez-López Group, the band ties the guitarist’s prog rock leanings to a Banshees-esque post-punk sound, led by singer Teri Gender Bender of Mexican garage punks Le Butcherettes. Bosnian Rainbows play this tiny show as guests of Physics House Band and their occasional Physics House Party gigs.
