The Children’s Festival returns for the Easter holidays, with ten days of activities and events, many of them free, to keep the under-11s occupied. Centered on the Komedia, the festival mixes film-making, music and art workshops, with an appearance from poet, musician – and hero to the bespectacled – John Hegley and his Brave Beetle’s Bit Of A Battle show. Outdoor activities include sea swims and twilight strolls, while a giant Grandmother Turtle surfaces in the Prince Regent on the 7th. (SH)
