There’s a happening a-happening at our favourite new if slightly un-nerving (it’s stumbling across bizarro artwork on the way to the toilet that does it) arts venue, down on Providence Place. Starting at 3pm, the peculiarly named Down The Crabbit Hole lures six or seven off-kilter bands with prog/psych leanings down to perform, headlined by Essex’s multi-limbed percussive pop oddballs Dingus Khan, of occasional Fierce Panda fame. Further attractions include Ham Legion, psychedelic lights, The Bad Black Dots and, generously, free food.
