Frankie Rose had already done plenty of time honing her musicianship in the close-knit ranks of fellow New Yorkers Crystal Stilts, Vivian Girls and Dum Dum Girls, before the release of her similarly garage-minded pop debut as Frankie Rose & The Outs. This year’s lush pop suite ‘Interstellar’ launches Rose as a sparkling solo artist, although The Outs are among the contributors. If you like your guitar pop whiplash smart and sugary sweet, get down to this Teen Creeps show.
