Mono/Poly, Weds 26th Sept

Frankly, ‘Punch The Troll In The Neck’ is a great song title, and non-sunny Californian Mono/Poly’s its proud creator. He’s been on our radar since the release of the unsettling and disconnected ‘Manifestations’ EP on Brainfeeder last year. Equally influenced by space, computer games, sleazy synths and plain old dubstep, his experimental tracks are led by a stuttering bass comparable to Samiyam or Teebs. Manni Dee, Alphabet’s Heaven and Simon Lxve are in support, representing Mono/Poly’s Brighton competition.
