GoGoDisco, Sat 30th Jan

Posted by Karen McDermott

This new club night seems to be following in the footsteps of Sticky Mike’s monthly Stay Beautiful, in having relocated from London to bring a dose of Britpop, disco, electroclash, indie and pop to seaside revellers. Having unfortunately lost their home The Buffalo Bar at a time when many hosts of alternative tunes seem to be under threat, here’s hoping this night is to be a permanent fixture at Komedia. DJs Bettie and Shifty Disco Boy will spin tracks from the likes of MSTRKRFT, Prodigy, Le Tigre, The Smiths, MIA, and much more. Do as the name suggests, and go.
