The Lewis Family Xmas, Tues 11th Dec

It’s not too early to speak of Christmas now, in fact the season is almost in full swing. All we need is some homely yuletide festivities and perhaps a little snow.

You may recall the Lewis Family Christmas Hour from their charming show last year and now they’re back again to bring you their special brand of mistletoe and wine in an evening of seasonal songs and super special entertainment guaranteed to bring a glow to your cheeks that’ll be worthy of Rudolf’s nose.

Family father figure, BBC newsreader Sir Martyn Lewis, will be reading Dylan Thomas’s “A child’s Christmas in Wales” and telling more tales in his own inimitable style. He is joined by the musical trio “The Lewis Sisters” who are guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. Consisting of Martyn’s daughter Sylvie Lewis, Brighton’s Sharon Lewis (ex Pooka) and new family member Carrie Lewis, none of whom are related but happen to share both a surname and some excellent vocal talent. The night will feature festive tunes as well as classic songs by some of the great songwriters.

There will also be mulled wine and mince pies, creating a Lewis Carol Brighton wonderland, and we’re guaranteed to go home with a smile on our faces.

The Lewis Family Christmas Hour, Latest Music Bar in Manchester Street Tuesday 11th Dec
