Peaches Leads The Charge In The Great Escape Line Up Announcement

As part of an expanded Great Escape 2026 line up, the Berlin based Canadian feisty electroclash legend that is Peaches will be headlining a spotlight show at Brighton Dome. She will undoubtedly be bringing the party to Brighton; celebrating the release of her first album since 2015: ‘No Lube So Rude’.

Among the more recognised names joining her on the bill are Lottery Winners who seem to have turned the furor surrounding being dropped as tour support mid tour by Embrace to their significant advantage, given their fourth album; ‘Koko’ hit the number 1 spot. There is also the hardworking gothic pop queen; Heartworms, the stunning indie folk of Westside Cowboy who stole many a heart at last year’s event, the grungey pop of Villanelle fronted by Liam’s son Gene Gallagher and hotly tipped Londoners; Keo.

Alongside them are several Brighton Acts, who are working their way up the line up. This includes Lime Garden who have just released the new banger of a single 23; which is co-written by Dan Carey of Speedy Wunderground, as well as the creative whirlwind of Big Long Sun and the sassy Slag whose debut EP is about to be released by Big Scary Monsters.

Among the rest of the line up, several names stand out as bands that could soon be your new favourites. This includes the powerful modern Irish folk of Madra Salach, the electro-krautrock of the Kitchen Sink Band, the aggressive electronica of Silverwingkiller, the eighties Prince indebted art pop party of Haute & Freddy, the melodic heaviness of Norwegians; Heave Blood & Die, the fun punk of London three piece Hot Face, the hunting discordant jazz of KatzPascale, the hardcore riot grrrl thrash of Canadians; Piss and the woozy hip hop of Lord Apex.
