Asbo Derek, Hope, Fri 10th May

Following a triumphant set opening for punk originals Subway Sect last month, Brighton’s self-proclaimed ‘kazoo-driven double garage rockers’ are back as part of a well-rounded bill that also features awkward musical humourists I, Ludicrous and Fractured. Expect booze-fuelled, post-punk shenanigans with filthily hilarious songs about Tory politicians, Brigitte Bardot’s fading looks and the joys of crimping your hair. Fans of Half Man Half Biscuit should take note, as should anyone up for a good laugh and a jump around.
