Brighton Yoga Festival, Sat 23rd July

Jun 23, 2016

Posted by Louise Bloom

Brighton Yoga Festival this year features 42 separate classes and workshops, plus stalls, talks and demonstrations on everything from pregnancy yoga to nutrition. Bigger than ever, the event moves into the Corn Exchange but is still totally free.

If that’s not enough to get your prana flowing then there will be an onsite cafe provided by the Real Junk Food Project inside and outside a day-long continuous sun salutation for everyone to join. Yoga is gaining more and more attention in the world for the health benefits it can bring and the yoga festival provides a great way to learn more about this ancient practice or to extend your knowledge and meet other enthusiasts.

Corn Exchange, Saturday 23th July, 2015, 10am-6pm
