Burn The Fleet, Sun 8th July

Last seen in Brighton at The Great Escape festival, Southampton’s answer to Thrice return to the city as headliners. Despite forming back in 2008, the band’s debut album only hit the shelves earlier in the year – the shelves of newsagents that is, after their long-awaited ‘The Modern Shape’ was given away as a cover-mount on Rock Sound magazine. Tickets for Burn The Fleet’s show may not be free but they’ll only cost you the same as a glossy magazine anyway.
