OPM, Sticky Mike’s Frog Bar, Fri 7th June

OPM are certainly aware that there’s one song that will always define their career. They’ve embraced their unfortunate status as one-hit wonders by calling their latest run of shows the ‘Heaven Is A Half-Pipe’ tour. Their music promises to take you back to a time when Tony Hawk, ollies and the word ‘gnarly’ were firmly part of the zeitgeist. Brighton’s skaters may still be eagerly awaiting their new park at The Level but at least their sport’s moment in the pop chart is back.
