The Prototypes are one of the most prominent drum and bass acts to come out of Brighton and are set to finally release their hugely anticipated debut album ‘City of Gold’ on Viper Recordings. Two years in the making, it has been a labour of love that they wanted to truly reflect their taste in music with the promise that they have both put absolutely everything into it. Members Nick White and Chris Garvey have toured internationally and featured extensively on BBC 1Xtra, but it is their attention to production quality and detail that brought them to attention in the scene with big past releases like ‘Cascade’ and more recently ‘Pale Blue Dot’ and ‘Moscow’. You can expect a night of celebration, this is not one to miss.
