Lauded by the late John Peel and applauded for reinventing breakcore, the artist otherwise known as Aaron Funk is a long-haired legend in the world of glitch. With his previous live shows featuring kazoos and violas, and anything in between from IDM to orchestral samples, it’s impossible to predict exactly what a Venetian Snares gig will be like except to know it’ll be innovative. He may not have put out an album since 2010, but with over 20 full length releases in his back catalogue, we wouldn’t worry about a lack of material.
