Beats From The Bedsit, 10th-12th June

Acoustic anarchy takes on muesli mountain as the wonderful people of The Greys host Beats From The Bedsit, a weekend festival of angry, happy people and their guitars (plus the odd accordion). The SOURCE will be there for all three days, wanting to miss neither the room-stealing beauty of Kelly Kemp’s vocals (Friday), nor the inspirational lyrics of Tracey Curtis (Saturday), nor the chance to see punk legends Lost Cherries unplugged (Sunday).

Other acts include Perkie, Wob, Pog, Boy In The Cupboard, The Bandana Collective, Chuck SJ Hay and Jimmy And The Worn Out Shoes. Proceeds from the event are going to three local charities: Cascade Creative Recovery, Stay Up Late and The Hummingbird Project. A diverse and engaging line-up in one of the nicest places in Brighton to spend all day drinking and listening to live music.
