Decapitated + Sylosis, Friday 11th March

Feb 11, 2016

Posted by Karen McDermott

Death metal aficionados are in for a treat with this double headliner from home grown boys Sylosis, and Poland’s Decapitated, the latter celebrating 20 years together. If their most recent releases are anything to go by (2014’s ‘Blood Mantra’ from Decapitated and ‘Dormant Heart’ from Sylosis in 2015) attendees can expect to be swayed by undulating waves of thrash and melodic grooves. Both bands may be accident prone (a crash with a truck sadly claiming the life of Decapitated’s drummer Vitek in 2007), but are bound to deliver an auditory assault both tight and technical.
