Joe Orton plays: What The Butler Saw and Loot

There’s a mini Joe Orton revival about to hit Brighton, with his black comedy Loot, featuring the violent and flamboyant Inspector Truscott, opening at The Lantern Theatre in Kemp Town for a week from 18th May. Before that, London Road’s Emporium has Grange Hill heart throb and Corrie serial killer Brian Capron leading the cast of Orton’s final farce, What The Butler Saw. If they can pull it off you’ll be getting slapstick, incest and some outrageous lines performed with lascivious relish.

What The Butler Saw, The Emporium Theatre, Tues 21st April – Sat 9th May 2015
