DITZ are back with propulsive new single: ‘Riverstone’

With a repeated refrain of “The Sun, the Sun, the Sun hates light” DITZ are back with a new single: ‘Riverstone’ which was released digitally by Suicide Squeeze Records earlier this month, and will be available as a super limited 7 inch on Alcopop! Records.

The track was a noticeable high point of their recent headline shows at The Green Door Store (review here) and bodes well for the continued future and musical development of this band.

Bassist Caleb uses a Moog Sub Phatty to create a bouncing electro pulse for Sam’s beats to propel and for Callum’s yearning vocal to ground in the filth, while Jack and Anton clang their metallic guitars.

As audiences grow to know and love this song, they will soon be chanting the chorus, and one can imagine this becoming a key part of the live show.

Riverstone is released digitally June 5th via Suicide Squeeze Records

The 7 inch single is released via Alcopop Records on August 25th.
