Regular home of the haunted, the ethereal and the strange, The Outer Church club opens its doors to current touring partners Jessica Bailiff and Boduf Songs this month. Discovered in the 90s by Low’s Alan Sparhawk, Toledo’s Jessica Bailiff made her international breakthrough on post rock label Kranky, stretching her music into slow, shimmering psychedelic trails. Former labelmate Boduf Songs is the alias of Southampton musician Mat Sweet, whose intimately recorded songs combine hushed acoustics and cosmic imaginative flights. (SH)
