Following his pioneering electro pop success, first with Ultravox! and then solo, John Foxx effectively retired from music in the mid 80s, but recent years have seen a slow and steady re-emergence back into the discerning public eye. John Foxx And The Maths is a collaboration with fellow electronic musician, producer and synthesiser historian Benge, expanded into a group with Static Caravan artists Hannah Peel and Serafina Steer. Tonight’s one-off British date invites immersion in The Maths’ lush, deeply textured pop.
