Prince: An Anniversary Tribute, Fri 21st April

Mar 21, 2017

Posted by Jessica M McHattie

On 21st April last year, the musical innovator and all-round sex symbol mostly known as Prince passed away. There’s been no shortage of themed nights popping up in the subsequent months, but this one, scheduled for the anniversary of his death, is due to be something special.

Headlined by Kate Boss’ DJ Kiwi, renowned for his funk, soul and italo mixes, and with support from local disco heroes Transformer, this will be a long hot night of smooth grooves and sultry tracks. Tracy Rhodes, Gareth Evans, Barnaby Thorn, Badeera and Sumerian will be playing too, and with the dance-floor open til 5am, you’d better team your snappy 80s outfit with some comfortable dancing shoes.

Tickets are on sale here, or it’s £3 entry if you put your names on the Facebook event wall here.
